FIGHT CLASS is the perfect venue for our students to test Krav Maga's various stand-up and ground fighting techniques and put them to use in a SAFE environment. Our  MMA / Krav Fight Class focus is on street/self-defense style of fighting. It is not a competition or sport orientated class. Its foundation is from Mixed Martial Arts Fighting. We are not however teaching our student to fight in the ring but on the street for self protection.

This is a class for the perfect for the beginner as well as the more advanced student. We will teach you how to fight in a controlled environment. Our class builds students from working at 10% speed and slowly increasing the speed as the student improves. We do not expect you to know how to fight, we'll teach you!

 Sparring and grappling are excellent and fun ways to get in good shape quickly and our Fight Class is guaranteed to boost your fitness level significantly! Remember if all skills are considered equal, the better conditioned fighter wins!

Instructor's permission is required to take Fight Classes. Dress code: Krav Maga shirt, sweatpants, dedicated nonskid sneakers and hand wraps. NO STREET SHOES! Required Safety Gear: Mouth guard, shin guards, 16oz.gloves ,head gear and groin protection mandatory. All gear must be purchased through our Pro Shop! For your safety as well as other students, all gear must meet our safety standards.
